Noelle & Kyle

Noelle and Kyle contacted me about photographing their small elopement wedding in the fall of 2021. Their hope was for a small ceremony in Allenspark, Colorado – just the two of them and myself. As someone who took just a handful of family members to Hawaii for my own wedding, I have a deep understanding of wanting a small event. We planned the day around Kyle and Noelle's vision for their wedding day, a few unique details to include, and a list of locations to visit. With marriage certificate in hand, they finished getting ready as I arrived at the cabin. A few photos of finishing touches were captured and then we did a first look for the couple.

With the first look completed, we moved back towards the cabin for a small ceremony. Noelle and Kyle read several bible passages together and shared their vows with one another. It was quiet, heartfelt, and complete within fifteen minutes.

After a few portraits at the cabin, the marriage certificate was signed, and we headed towards Rocky Mountain National Park for photos in the snowy, mountain landscape. Noelle and Kyle brought items personal to their style and had matching tattoos done just ahead of the ceremony. Every piece of the day felt specific to them and their love. Here's to many, many years of happiness together.
